Last Friday I was invited @ Ristorante Perbellini
to spend a whole day with Chef Giancarlo and his crew,
watching a lot, learning more,
trying to keep in my mind every single word of the day.
A very interesting and useful approach to a super professional kitchen.
A world apart for les macarons,
in the pastry corner directed by Chef Pascal,
who is able to recreate l'esprit Parisien
in his lovely (colorful) little treats.
