pitaya or dragon fruit as shown in the picture,
very popular all across Asia, Mexico, Central and South America.

very popular all across Asia, Mexico, Central and South America.
I have found it at a street market in London, North End Rd, W14,
but had no time to buy and taste it :-(
very high in antioxidants,
full of vitamin C,
rich source of vitamins B1, B2, and B3,
very low in calories and high in fiber,
seeds provide a source of essential fatty acids.
