I was in Florence last week,
helping my cousin Anna during her cooking lessons.
We went to Sant'Ambrogio Market
to buy the freshest vegetables to cook
and Anna suggested me how to choose the best bell pepper:
you have to look at their bottom,
they must have a 4 point-star shape
and you can be sure they will be the sweetest,
no more fear they might evenly be a little salty or hot!
