Announcing Black & White Wednesday # 132

So glad to announce I will be hosting Black & White Wednesday this week,

you have time to send your entries to casacortella AT tin DOT it

until wednesday 4th June, at noon Rome time.

The gallery will be on-line in the afternoon.

Had the opportunity to visit a cheese factory near Modena,
where they produce Parmigiano Reggiano,
the most famous Italian cheese.

Interesting and amazing,
and so fascinating to see and smell
all those cheese wheels standing quite to age at the right point.
