Th thing is that people still feel ashamed to ask for it :-(, sounds like they are stealing something, but probably they don't know it's all thrown in the rubbish once back to the kitchen :-(
Rosa, they do not sold, you can freely get one to take away what you did not have space to eat at their restaurant (but thought you did :-)
