A super fab wedding cake,  Montblanc,  a French recipe:
chestnut and chocolate puree on top of meringues 
 with whipped cream and marrons glacés for the most decadent dessert.

The cake is so named as it should resemble the snowcapped Mont Blanc,
the highest peak in the Alps, which borders France and Italy.
