Black & White Wednesday - Week # 11

Summer is gently waving goodbye
yet with its warm sun still shining
as to ripen up to the very last berry.
Autumn is just around the corner
announcing great harvest to enjoy.

vendemmia-grape harvest

Fields in the neighouroughs are proudly waiting
for tractors, empty boxes to fill up and scissors:

 uva matura-ripe grapes
grapes are eagerly ready for wine.

This picture goes to Susan for BWW,
the weekly culinary photo event she recently launched.

See you next week!

Yet more wonderful shots. The grapes look frosted on the vine. Stunning. Thanks, Cinzia, for your BWW photo.
