Announcing Bread Baking Day # 45 - 'Xmas edition

l'annuncio in italiano qui

It's really a great honor for me to announce
I will be hosting again Bread Baking Day, Christmas edition.

Many thanks to Zorra, our charming founder, who gave me the opportunity to host for the second time this Christmas challenge and be part of this magical event every month.
This popular event has been started in July 2007 and is dedicated to all those who love bread and never stop baking and trying some new recipe with passion and respect for the simplest ingredients like water and flour that amazingly turn out in wonderful shapes of goodness!
We have been joining many hosts and different themes, last edition was @ Sarah's featuring Autumn Flavors.

Now it's December, the most magical month in the year, the most magical month for me (I celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary too). It's time for goodness, in and out of our kitchens. It's a special time we all feel more kind and generous and try to do our best, with our friends and relatives and even somebody less fortunate. We are surely decorating our homes and tables, setting lights and candles, listing things to buy and prepare, combining different dishes to get the perfect festive menu, trying new recipes for gourmet gifts.
And in all that BBD might be a help for everybody! I would like to invite you to join and share your special baking presents, I am sure you are going to put your hands in magical flours and aromas and get the best edible gift you've never made!
All you have to do is blogging about something you will bake for this special time of the year: something you are going to eat, something you are going to give with love and care to your dearest friends. It could be a festive bread, a typical Christmas cake of your country, a nice baked decoration to put on your table, an old recipe from grannies' cookbooks, whatever makes you feel happy and comfortable to give at Christmas!
Only one must have: yeast is required in the preparation, might be fresh, dry or sourdough, free to choose.
But that's not all! I would also like you to share your special ideas and materials to wrap/package your gifts ... or maybe your packaging is something edible and baked? ... like little bread baskets/trays/bowls?

To be a part of this event, you just need to do the following:
