I will present the book

Buono come il pane - As good as Bread

The book shows in 100 pages more than 90 tasty recipes that some of the best Italian food-bloggers share with passion and enthusiasm for the campaign "I don't eat alone" promoted by the Association ProgettoMondo Mlal, who's been active for 45 years in development projects in 15 countries in the South of the world. Only recipes with leftover bread, designed to reaffirm the right to food and to international solidarity in favour of 1 billion and 200 million people that still don't have enough, do not have access to natural resources, and are not the master of what they produce, nor are able to choose what to eat. 

The proceeds of this book will go entirely to finance 10 different food security and sovereignty programs that the ungovernmental organisation ProgettoMondo Mlal is carrying out in six countries in the southern hemisphere.

Will follow a little buffet with some recipes from the book.
